Grand Parents Day Celebration at Vivekam Branch

Aditya Vidyashram, Vivekam Branch, Puducherry celebrated Grand Parents Day for the Kinder Garten Class in a simple and good way. The senior Citizens were given a traditional welcome at the entrance and were taken to the venue. Considering their health and age we served them mint Lemon juice as welcome drink followed by Raagi Laddu with Banana. The Incharge welcomed all the grandparents and shared the importance of grandparenting. The highlight of the celebration was Paadha Pooja for the Grandparents, performed by their Grandchildren and they sought their blessings.them The tiny tots presented a greeting card to their grandparents prepared by them. The event ended with a game Anthakshri performed by grannies. They felt really happy about this initiative and thanked the management for arranging such an event. It was a memorable day both for us and them.
