Counselling Session at Vivekam Campus

Aditya Vidyashram Vivekam Campus counselling session was organised. Our student counsellor Ms. Vijalakshmi addressed the students of grade IX to XII on the topic Understanding Adolescence. Students were given hands on practice to cope with problems faced at adulthood and how to overcome stress and depression also how to develop the positive attitude in life. Students actively participated as they felt a bit of relief amidst the academic program.
